Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as “order”) via the BolancStore online shop (hereinafter referred to as “order”). “BolancStore”), whose registered office is located 828 E Hazelwood AveRahway, NJ 07065, USA.

Products

The offer is aimed at natural or legal persons with their domicile or registered office in France or Liechtenstein and the EU. The products are delivered only to addresses in France or Liechtenstein and the EU.
The offer is valid as long as it appears in the online shop, and while stocks last. Price and product range changes are possible at any time. Images shown in advertisements, brochures, the online shop, etc., as well as all information relating to them, are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. The specific information on the product packaging is decisive.

Price

The price charged to the customer is the total price displayed at the time of order validation, and includes delivery costs. The price indicated in the online store at the time of ordering is the definitive price. In the event of a pricing error on a product, BolancStore reserves the right to modify this price by offering the customer the option to cancel their order if the new price does not suit them.

This is an online catalog presented for informational purposes only, in order to invite customers to order the product through this means. BolancStore reserves the right to limit delivery quantities for certain products and not to deliver if the order is particularly heavy or bulky.
An order in this context is considered a request to conclude a contract with BolancStore.
After transmission of the order, the customer automatically receives an acknowledgment of receipt, which confirms that the order has been received by BolancStore. The customer can no longer complete or cancel their order once it has been processed in one of our logistics centers. If an order is completed, the original order serves as the basis for calculation; however, any special offers and discounts valid at the time of addition are not taken into account.

Delivery

The customer’s delivery address must be in Switzerland.
Delivery costs are included in the price of the products and are therefore not charged in addition to the total amount of the products.

The carrier is chosen by BolancStore and may vary depending on the products ordered to ensure the fastest delivery available. BolancStore guarantees that the merchandise ordered on the BolancStore website is delivered in good condition, without damage.

Responsibilities

These “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” set out all of BolancStore’s obligations and responsibilities regarding the supply of products. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to the item(s) sold after delivery.

We are not bound by any other warranties, conditions or provisions other than those stated in this agreement.

Right of termination

Items must be returned intact and complete, in their original packaging to the delivery address.

A return is permitted within 7 days of receiving the package. Shipping costs associated with this return are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs fees may apply, and will also be their responsibility.

In accordance with French law, any person who has placed an order on the BolancStore website has a period of 7 days to exercise their right of cancellation, from the date of acceptance of the sales contract, in the event of occurrence of the date of validation of your basket and confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order and that we will proceed with its processing.
